It has been learned the individual suffered a self-inflicted gun shot wound.

Further information will be released by the Kosciusko County Coroner’s office.

INITIAL: Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, along with Mentone EMS and Etna Green First Responders, are in the area of CR 125N.

The initial call was that an individual had been shot.
