Warsaw Police report a vehicle operated by Jacob W. Stomatt, 22, East Center Street, Warsaw, struck the back of a vehicle operated by David J. Skerritt, 52, North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw.

While Skerritt complained of pain to his neck, he refused medical treatment.

The accident occurred at 1:17 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23.

Damage to both vehicles was estimated up to $10,000.

INITIAL: Multi-Township EMS and Warsaw Fire Department are responding to an accident at Fort Wayne and Detroit streets, Warsaw.
