The Board of Trustees of the Nappanee Public Library will meet in special session at 7 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, to adopt the proposed 2015 Library budget.

A regular session will follow immediately in the library at 157 North Main St.

The public is invited to attend both sessions.
