• Sierra Leeann Scaife, 19, 7641 W. Beachwood Ave., Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000 surety
• William Phillip Breidert, 26, 114 Lakeland Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bond: $300 cash
