NAPPANEE – The NorthWood girls golf team celebrated Senior Night and the regular-season finale in historic fashion Thursday.

The host Panthers toured the back nine of the McCormick Creek layout in record-setting style.

Linnzie Richner captured medalist honors with a two-over 38 as the Panthers shot a school record total of 165 for nine holes.

The Panthers put an exclamation point on an undefeated season by beating Mishawaka 165-216. NorthWood is 9-0 overall and 7-0 in the NLC heading into the NLC Tourney on Saturday starting at 9 a.m. at South Shore in Syracuse.

Summer Stillson shot a 41 and Baillie Richner  a 42  for coach Adam Yoder’s squad. Madison Richner finished with a 46.
