Plymouth Woman Arrested For Forgery

Xiomara Duarte, 40, Plymouth, has been arrested by Plymouth Police Department on charges of forgery and identity deception, level 6 felonies. She was booked in the Marshall County Jail. Her bond has been set at $1,500.

Plymouth Police received a report at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 8, of a female using a counterfeit identification card at a medical facility. At the location, in the 2800 block of Miller Drive, police saw her sign a document with the fictitious name, matching that on the counterfeit identification card.

Duarte was questioned and admitting to signing a fictitious name and stated she had purchased the counterfeit card. She had a passport from Honduras on her possession with her real identity.
