Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Wednesday, Sept. 3, 10:45 a.m. Laura Hunter reported fraudulent charges on credit card.
• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 9:35 p.m. A Leesburg man reported being harassed.
• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 6:52 p.m. James Elder reported an animal bite incident.
• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 5:47 p.m. Randy Hawn reported the theft of prescription medications in the 12000 block of N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell.
• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 5:50 a.m. Joe Salazar reported a theft from a vehicle in the 4200 block of East Duffy Street, Syracuse.

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 5:30 p.m. Police were called to the 500 block of Chinworth Court where an unattended death had occurred.
• Tuesday, Sept. 2, 1:48 p.m. Philippe D. Stoltzfus, 38, of Goshen, was arrested in the 1500 block of Provident Drive for OWI.
