The Triton boys tennis team lost 3-2 to Knox in Northern State Conference play Wednesday.

Winning for the Trojans were Gavin Eads at No. 2 singles in straight sets. The Triton No. 1 doubles duo of Austin Sellers and Alex Eib also won in straight sets.

Knox clinched the league opener by winning in three sets at No. 2 doubles.

Triton drops to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the NSC.

Triton won the junior varsity match 2-1. Winners for Triton were Mace Eads in singles play and the doubles team of Bruno DeSouza and Richard Riedl.
