AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School football teams opened the season by going 1-1 versus Edgewood.

The Valley 7th grade team defeated Edgewood 38-0.

Jaydin Conley and Jace Potter each scored three touchdowns for Valley. Conley rushed for 110 yards and Potter had 49 in the win.

Edgewood topped Valley 26-14 in the 8th grade contest.

Wes Melanson had 110 yards and one touchdown to lead Valley. Alex Morrison racked up 94 yards and one score for Valley.
