North Webster
North Webster Police Department investigated the following incidents and made the following arrest:

Incidents

• 12:10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24, South Main Street. CVS reported a white, male subject stealing a bottle of alcohol. The manager recovered the bottle in the parking lot and requested a report.
• 12:55 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, South Higbee Street, Milford. NWPD officer at sobriety checkpoint observed the odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle. The driver admitted to it being in the vehicle and to smoking it a short time before. Charges are being requested for possession of marijuana and OWI with a controlled substance.

Arrest

• 9:45 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, North Main Street. The Circle K Gas Station reported a threat with a firearm in the parking lot. Joshua Robert Greene, 26, East 700 North, Leesburg, was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and incarcerated in the Kosciusko County Jail, Warsaw. Bond: $4,000 surety. Assisting were the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy and an Indiana Conservation Officer.
