Robert Swanson, who was elected to the Ward 4 position on the Winona Lake Town Council at a caucus last night, was officially sworn in at the council’s monthly meeting on Aug. 19.

The ceremony opened the meeting. Swanson was sworn in by Town Attorney James Walmer.

Swanson was elected to fill the vacancy left by Greg Winn’s departure. He will served the remainder of Winn’s term.
