Robert H. Swanson was elected to the Winona Lake Town Council, Ward 4, on the second ballot, at the Winona Lake Republican Caucus on Monday, Aug. 18, held at the Winona Lake Town Hall.

Swanson replaces Greg Winn, who announced his resignation at last month’s town council meeting. Swanson will be serving the remainder of Winn’s term.

The next meeting of the Winona Lake Town Council is tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 18 at Winona Lake Town Hall. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
