Kosciusko County
The following individuals were recently sentenced in Kosciusko County Courts:

• Geoffrey Dillon Cavender, 21, 4600 N. 250 E., Warsaw, sentenced for OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or more (A misdemeanor), possession of marijuana (A Misdemeanor) and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage (C Misdemeanor). License suspended for 90 days. 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended with probation.
• Nathan Bearl Cooper, 25, 12600 S. SR 13 Lot 19, North Manchester, sentenced for OWI (C Misdemeanor). License suspended for 90 days, 60 days in jail, 54 days suspended with probation.
• Emmanuel Ryan Collier, 30, 11946 U.S. 6, Syracuse, sentenced for one count of dealing marijuana (C Felony) and one count of dealing marijuana (D Felony). Four years in Indiana Department of Corrections with credit for 4 days served. Sentence can be served in Elkhart County Work Release if accepted. Two counts of habitual substance offender enhancements dismissed.
• Robert Dale Mevis, 55, 4885 E. 200 N., Warsaw, sentenced for Operating a Vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent of .15 or more with Prior Conviction within 5 Years (D Felony). One year in Indiana Department of Corrections and two years probation.
• Tabitha Lynn Kellogg, 24, 5295 S. 600 W. Lot 57, Columbia City, sentenced for OWI (C misdemeanor). License restricted for 180 days. Serving 60 days in jail, 54 days to be suspended with probation.
• Christinia Monica Beaupain, 22, 513 Meadow View Dr., Syracuse, sentenced for Operating a Vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent of .15 or more (A misdemeanor). Driving privileges suspended for 90 days, 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended with probation.
• Leisa Ann Bowling, 47, 409 N. Main St. 1/2, Syracuse, sentenced for OWI with a BAC of .015 percent or more (A misdemeanor). License suspended for 90 days, 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended with probation.
• Dean Douglas Smith, 30, 214 Argonne Rd., Warsaw, sentenced for OWI with a BAC of .08 to .14 percent. License suspended for 90 days, 60 days in jail, 54 days suspended with probation.
• Nathan Nicholas York, 18, 4155 N. Aspen Dr., Warsaw, sentenced for theft. Incarceration for 10 days. Probation for 365 days.
• Jimmy Ray Patrick, 58, 3101 Sandra Ln., Winona Lake, sentenced for Operating a Vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent of .15 or more (A misdemeanor). License suspended for 90 days, 365 days probation, 348 days suspended with probation.
• Justin John Wood, 37, 2094 N. Old SR 3, Avilla, sentenced for burglary (B Felony), theft (D Felony) and receiving stolen property (D Felony). To serve one year in Kosciusko County Jail and two years probation, and payment of restitution to the plaintiff.
