The Bourbon Police Department will be participating in Operation Pull Over, Blitz 80. This project will start Aug. 8 and run through Sept. 1, 2014.

This blitz will be focused on impaired driving. For the year of 2014, the Bourbon Police Department has arrested 10 individuals for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. We, as a department, would like to remind everyone to make responsible choices when choosing to drink alcohol.

If you suspect a person is driving a vehicle under the influence please contact your local police department. This will help in an effort to keep the roadways safe.
