Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will host free canoeing at Center Lake from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 23.

Canoes are available for community use on a first-come, first-serve basis. All equipment and life vests are provided for participants. Participants will be briefed on safety measures prior to canoeing and will be supervised by staff. An annual waiver must be on file for each participant (must be signed by a parent for anyone under age 18).

No registration is required. The canoes launch behind Center Lake Pavilion and Kiddie Land playground. All canoeing is weather-permitting.
