Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Sunday, June 15, 2:18 p.m. Jeffery J. Oswalt was arrested in the 200 block of East Market Street for being a habitual traffic violator.
• Saturday, June 14, 9:05 p.m. A lost wallet was found at North Indiana and East Canal streets.
• Saturday, June 14, 6:53 p.m. A welfare check was made in the 300 block of West Main Street.
• Saturday, June 14, 5:45 p.m. A male subject was injured at Pike Lake after diving into shallow water.
• Saturday, June 14, 5:36 p.m. A suicide attempt was made in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street.
• Saturday, June 14, 2:19 p.m. A report of fraud was taken in the 1700 block of East Market Street. The incident remains under investigation.
• Saturday, June 14, 1:57 p.m. A man battered his girlfriend in the 800 block of Wexford Place. The suspect fled the scene on foot prior to police arriving.
