Due to a clerical error, it was reported that Dylan Nikole Bowser, 22, of 1212 Kuder Ln., Warsaw, was arrested this week for dealing / delivering / manufacturing methamphetamine. In fact, Bowser was sentenced for the crime.

Per court documents, Bowser plead guilty to possession of two or more chemical reagents or precursors with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance. The Class D felony netted her 2 years in jail with a total of 6 days credit for time served. Kosciusko Circuit Court Judge Michael Reed suspended 1 1/2 years of the jail sentence to be served on probation.
