CULVER – Katie Gunter had herself a big night for the Tippecanoe Valley softball team Thursday.
Gunter pitched a one-hitter as the Vikings blanked host Culver 17-0 in five innings.
Gunter also pitched in on offense with three hits as the Vikings piled up 19 hits in the win.
Danielle Adams carried the biggest bat on the night for Valley by going 3-3 and driving in five runs.
Abby Betten had four hits and two RBI for the Vikings. Lauren Early had two hits and scored four runs in the win. Robyn Dunnuck added two hits for Valley.
The Vikings, who are now 10-1, host Warsaw Friday.
