AKRON – Danielle Adams led the way Wednesday for the Tippecanoe Valley softball team in a big conference win.

Adams had two hits and drove in three runs as the host Vikings topped Wabash 14-5 in a Three Rivers Conference contest.

Valley, which improves to 9-12 with the win, collected 10 hits on the night.

Diana Baca also plated three runs for the winners. Lauren Early picked up two hits for the Vikings.

Kasside Shepherd and Katie Gunter combined to do the pitching for the Vikings.

Valley plays at Culver today and hosts Warsaw on Friday.
