DUNLAP – The Whitko boys track team collected a fourth-place finish Friday night in the Kelly Relays.

The Wildcats totaled 77 points in the Class B portion of the annual event hosted by Concord High School.

Whitko had one first place finish in the meet. The discus relay team of Gavin Howard, Conner Sherwin and Zach Hewitt were champions for the Wildcats with a combined effort of 393-2. All three are freshmen.

Fairfield won its fifth straight Class B championship with 104 points. Jimtown was second with 85, followed by Bremen (84), Whitko (77), Westview (43) and LaVille (33).

Whitko returns to action at North Miami Monday. The Wildcats will then take part in the Three Rivers Conference Meet Thursday at Tippecanoe Valley.
