Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Thursday, April 24, 4:44 p.m. South 250 East and East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Jered L. Williams, 19, South U.S. 33, Wolf Lake; and Jennifer L. Rios, 34, Rutland Court, Winona Lake. Williams was pulling from a parking lot and failed to see Rios’ approaching vehicle, pulling into her path and causing the collision. Damages: up to $5,000

Thursday, April 24, 4:47 p.m. Lake City Highway and North Parker Street. Drivers: Bradley S. Martin, 32, Maddux Street, Markle; and Joseph C. Spell, Prospect Street, Elkhart. Martin failed to see Spell’s vehicle stopped for traffic and collided into the rear of the vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000
