Daniel Ybarra Jr., 29, was taken into custody this afternoon charged with armed robbery.

Ybarra was arrested by Warsaw Police detectives, who have charged him with a Class B felony. Ybarra is accused of using a handgun to demand money from the Lassus Handy Dandy gas station and convenience store in Warsaw at about 4 a.m. this morning. (See related)
