AKRON – Tanner Andrews made it official Monday.

The Tippecanoe Valley star is now set to be a Boilermaker.

Andrews signed to continue his baseball career on the collegiate level in West Lafayette next season.

Andrews, a pitcher/shortstop for coach Brandon Cody’s team, is arguably the most successful athlete in Tippecanoe Valley athletic history.  Andrews was a star receiver for coach Jeff Shriver’s football program and a standout forward for coach Bill Patrick on the hardwood.

Andrews, a hard-throwing 6-4 right-hander, is the son of Todd and Margaret Andrews.
