Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Sunday, April 13, 4:00 a.m. West 500 South near South 800 West, Burket. Driver: Derek A. Wray, 24, 600 West, Warsaw. Wray lost control of his vehicle on gravel on the roadway. The vehicle left the roadway, struck and embankment and crashed through a fence. Damages: up to $25,000

Sunday, April 13, 12:37 a.m. South 200 West near West 550 South, Warsaw. Driver: Cassandra L. Rautenkranz, 27, Hunnicutt Drive, Syracuse. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $5,000

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Sunday, April 13, 12:47 p.m. Center Street near Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Haley N. Boutin, 20, Congress Ave., Fort Wayne; Alonso C. Borja, 30, Longspur Lane, Warsaw. Boutin rear-ended Borja, who was stopped in traffic. Damages: up to $10,000

Saturday, April 12, 11:53 a.m. 500 Block of West 300 North, Warsaw. Drivers: Sonia K. Cox, 46, Rochester Street, Akron; Gloria J. Ruch, 56, First Street, Milford. Both drivers were backing out of parking spaces in the Kohl’s parking lot. They collided in the driving section of the parking lot. Damages: up to $1,000

Friday, April 11 7:21 p.m. 2500 block of Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Drivers: Ginger A. Holloway, 47, Center Street, Burket; Ilah R. Applegate, 52, William Drive, Winona Lake. Both drivers were backing out of parking spaces and collided with each other. Damages: up to $1,000
