Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Tuesday, March 25, 8:21 p.m. Christopher Alley reported an open door to business in the 100 block of South Main Street, Sidney.
• Tuesday, March 25, 3 a.m. A fight in progress was reported in the 400 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake.

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Wednesday, March 26, 11:11 a.m. While working a property damage accident, the driver of the vehicle involved, David Eugene Osbun, 51, of Akron, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
• Tuesday, March 25, 7:28 p.m. Big R reported the theft of a cordless power tool valued at $567.08. A suspect vehicle was identified.

  Tuesday, March 25, 2 p.m. A mo-ped was reported stolen from the 500 block of Chinworth Court.
