Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Tuesday, March 19, 2014, 7:57 p.m. Two individuals were arrested in the 900 block of East 200 North/Husky Trail for possession of precursors and intent to manufacture. Arrested were Seth Lewis Cummins, 34, of Warsaw; and Richard Ray Reynold, 26, Claypool.
