Tippecanoe Valley will host a Community Presentation on Suicide Awareness and Prevention in the Tippecanoe Valley Middle School Commons from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.

Huntter Randall of The Bowen Center will help participants learn how to identify the warning signs, clues and communications of individuals considering suicide; how to question the person thinking about suicide; how to persuade them to get help and how to refer them to the appropriate resource for help.

Childcare will be provided for parents and guardians with young children. The presentation is open to all Tippecanoe Valley patrons and out-of-school-corporation individuals interested in learning more about suicide awareness and prevention.
