Cammy Leffert, Warsaw, suffered minor injuries when her Yukon went off the road this morning. The Yukon hit a NIPSCO pole and rolled onto its top. The accident was reported at 8:40 a.m. in front of 806 W. CR 1350N, north of Milford.

Leffert suffered unknown minor injuries and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.

According to information at the scene, Leffert was westbound on CR 1350 North when her vehicle hit a patch of ice just east of CR 50 West. Leffert then lost control of her vehicle causing it to go off the roadway. The back left side sideswiped a NIPSCO pole causing it to flip onto its roof.

The Yukon is believed to be totaled.

Milford Fire Department, Mutli-Township EMS, Milford Police Department and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded.
