IU Health Goshen Hospital will hold a Community Screening Day on Monday, March 19 from 6:30 – 9 a.m. at IU Health Goshen Hospital. Most screenings are free-of-charge, and a few require a nominal fee.

Free services provided by clinical professionals include: fitness assessment, body composition assessment, blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation levels, cardiovascular risk self assessment, diabetic foot screening, diabetes risk assessment, balance and joint screening, memory screening, sleep disorders risk assessment, breast cancer risk assessment and colon health risk appraisal.

Screenings with a nominal fee include: bone density heel scans, cholesterol screening (fasting), vascular screenings (pre-payment required), lower-extremity pulses screening and A1C glucose measurement. Discounts are available for some screenings for those who register and pay in advance.
