Warsaw’s Jordan Stookey was chosen as one of a dozen players named to the All-Northern Lakes Conference boys basketball team.
Senior Stookey was the top scorer for the Tigers, who finished the season at 11-10 overall and 2-5 in NLC play.
Wawasee junior Alex Clark was an honorable mention pick to the All-NLC squad.
The first team included the trio of seniors Nate Richie, Pete Smith and junior Tom Morrison from league champion Northridge.
The All-NLC list also includes the trio of seniors Zach Zurcher, Jonathan Wilkinson and Will Stueve from Class 3-A regional-bound NorthWood.
Also selected for the first team were senior Ramon Johnson and junior Filip Serwatka of Class 4-A regional-bound Concord, junior Dimitri Giger of Elkhart Memorial, junior Austin Woolett of Goshen and senior Mack Mercer of Plymouth.
Ronnie Thomas, who guided Northridge to the league title at 7-0, was chosen by his peers as NLC Coach of the Year.
The honorable mention selections include Clark of the Warriors, junior Brett Austin of Concord, junior Cameron Maxwell of Elkhart Memorial, senior Tom Felke of Plymouth, senior Sam Ahonen of Northridge and sophomore Brady Bechtel and senior Deric Haynes of Goshen.
Northridge claimed the NLC title at 7-0 with NorthWood runner-up at 6-1. Concord and Elkhart Memorial each finished 4-3, followed by Goshen (3-4), Plymouth (2-5), Warsaw (2-5) and Wawasee (0-7).
