WARSAW – The Warsaw bowling teams are headed to the semi state.

The pair of teams earned berths in the competition with outstanding performances at the regional round on Feb. 1 in Bluffton.

The Warsaw girls team led the way with a second-place finish at the regionals.

The girls team consists of Victoria Fulton, Megan Gunter, Alexa Glass, Taylor Fouts, Breanna Kiser, Katie German, Tier Morrow and Cheyenne Winger.

The girls team is coached by Andy Kiser and Rob McDonald.

The Warsaw boys team notched a third-place finish in the regional round.

The boys team includes Logan Vetor, John Mcgurn, Chris Stichter, Caden Roberts, Zach Stichter, Jacob Sudlow and Jim Pifer.

The coaches for the boys team are Glen Ransbottom and Kirk Wyman.

The semi state competition is set for Saturday, Feb. 8 in Fort Wayne.
