Several more individuals have filed their candidacy for the May 6 primary with two days left until filing ends.

New filings as of Tuesday are:

Kosciusko Superior Court 1 Judge – Chad Miner (R)

Township advisory board members — Steve P. Carson (R) Tippecanoe Township; James M. Rhodes (R) Tippecanoe Township; Richard Owen (R) Tippecanoe Township; Dee Ann Beer (R) Jefferson Township; and Jane Hunsberger (R) Jefferson Township

Candidates interested in filing his/her candidacy have until noon Friday to file with the Kosciusko County Clerk.

Voter registration will close April 7, with absentee voting beginning April 8.
