AKRON – Riverside and Wabash captured championships Saturday in a 6th grade boys basketball tournament hosted by Tipppecanoe Valley Middle School.

The Valley A team lost 35-17 to Wabash and 43-27 to Riverside.

The  Valley B team dropped a 37-19 final to Wabash and a 30-29 decision to Riverside.

Riverside topped Wabash 48-35 to win the A team championship. Wabash bested Riverside 30-16 in the B team title game.
