Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and Warsaw Fire Department were called to a car accident at the Marathon gas station located in the Marsh parking lot on Buffalo Street.

According to Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory’s Aaron Bolinger, officials discovered that a driver had struck an electric transformer at the location. NIPSCO has arrived at the scene and repairs are being made. Bolinger noted there was no threat of a gas leak at the location, but the accident did trigger fire alarms at the convenience store.
