Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Monday, Dec. 23, 12:16 a.m. Report of intoxicated Silver Lake man entering another person’s residence without permission in Silver Lake.
• Sunday, Dec. 22, 2:41 a.m. Brandon Boisvert of North Manchester reported his ex-girlfriend had stolen his credit card.
• Sunday, Dec. 1:31 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a slide-off semi truck in front of RR Donnelley & Sons in Warsaw.
• Saturday, Dec. 21, 2:01 p.m. Officers responded to a report of battery in the 3500 block of Barbee Road in Warsaw.
• Saturday, Dec. 21, 7:54 a.m. A driver struck a pedestrian officer directing traffic in the 7200 block of U.S. 30, Pierceton. No serious injuries were recorded in the police report.
• Saturday, Dec. 21, 5:17 a.m. A hit and run occurred in the 3100 block of Wooster Road, Pierceton.
• Friday, Dec. 20, 11:12 p.m. Report of battery at 5800 block of Osprey Drive in Mentone.
• Friday, Dec. 20, 3:55 p.m. Report of battery at 9600 block of 100 East, Claypool.

Warsaw Police Department

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Sunday, Dec. 22, 11:08 p.m. Report of battery at 1100 block of Country Club Lane in Warsaw. Two individuals involved, and a investigation is ongoing.
• Sunday, Dec. 22, 7:31 p.m. Report of burglary at 800 block of Park Avenue in Warsaw.
• Sunday, Dec. 22, 3:43 p.m. Clifford Daugherty of Warsaw was caught shop lifting at Meijer’s in Warsaw and arrested on multiple charges.
• Saturday, Dec. 21, 12:40 p.m. Attempted auto theft at 2100 block of Dubois Drive in Warsaw.
• Friday, Dec. 20, 10:06 p.m. Report of attempted burglary at 2000 block of Pheasant Ridge Drive in Warsaw.
