We Inspire Support Empower Inc., a newly formed, non-profit organization, announced Biomet Inc. has committed to support the organization as a Founding Sponsor.

The sponsorship from Biomet, a Warsaw, Indiana-based medical device corporation, will allow W.I.S.E. Inc.to develop and expand programs focused on the education and support of the professional career interests of women.

In September, W.I.S.E. Inc. held an inaugural event hosting over 120 professional women and men from the Northern Indiana region. On Dec. 3, the organization’s W.I.S.E. Creative Collaboration event encouraged over 45 attendees to further develop their innovative thinking, teamwork, and networking skills. Attendees also had the opportunity to attend a break out session to learn about the upcoming W.I.S.E. 2014 mentoring program.

The W.I.S.E. Inc. one-of-a-kind mentoring program will begin in January 2014.
