Warsaw hosted the second annual Twinkle Parade to welcome the official start of the Christmas season. The parade included vehicles decorated with holiday lights, a dance troupe, bicyclist and walking units.

The parade began at the Owen’s downtown location and traveled down Center Street to Indiana Street and into Central Park where the annual holiday light display was illuminated for another holiday season.
