AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley High School Athletic Office will begin selling tickets for the Winning Edge Boys Basketball Holiday Tournament on Dec. 9.

The tourney will begin on Jan. 3 at Rochester High School. Tippecanoe Valley will face NorthWood in the opener at 6 p.m., with Rochester then playing Fairfield in the second game.

The tourney consolation and championship games will be played Jan. 4 at NorthWood High School. The consolation contest will begin at 6 p.m., with the title tilt to follow.

All-tourney tickets, which are $10 each, will be sold starting Monday in the TVHS Athletic Office during school hours. The tickets will also be on sale at Valley boys basketball home games during December.  Single-session tickets, which are $6 each, will be available on game nights at the door. All seating is unreserved.

Valley won the tourney championship last season. The host Vikings beat Fairfield 57-40 in the first round and then defeated NorthWood 59-53 in the championship game.
