Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Thursday, Dec. 5, 1:35 p.m. David E. Saint reported that a $100 bill had been stolen from his hand.
• Thursday, Dec. 5, 5:26 p.m. Dennis J. Frazier reported the theft of tools from a toolbox.
