If you’re seeking a powerful way to grow and develop your talent, consider how many of today’s leaders have had the benefit of a mentor’s wisdom and experience to help them grow into their current roles. Mentoring is more than just a cost-effective alternative to training – it promotes knowledge sharing, leadership development and skill development. How might you benefit from a mentoring relationship?Join We Inspire Support Empower Inc. on Dec. 3, 2013, for an opportunity to attend the WISE Inc. Mentoring Program “Meet and Greet” break out session from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. This session will provide more information about the 2014 mentoring program, provide the opportunity to select an area of focus, and facilitate networking in a structured mixer for mentees and mentors.

Mentor/Mentee participants will have an opportunity to meet with one another to discuss topics such as leadership skills development, work- life balance, career planning, self-confidence and conflict resolution to facilitate pairing relationships.

“We are excited to deliver a unique and personalized program that will provide one-on-one or small group mentoring opportunities for mentees to identify and develop their strengths, identify areas for career growth, improve communication skills and to build and enhance professional and personal relationships,” stated Stacey Trick, WISE, Inc. president-elect and vice president of mentoring.
