Monday, Nov. 11, 10:27 p.m. South SR 25 and South Bruner Road, Mentone. Driver: Cassie A. Kuhn, 28, South 950 West, Mentone. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $2,500

Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Monday, Nov. 11, 6:12 p.m. West Main and North Lake streets. Drivers: Donald K. Reinholt, 76, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw; and Jonathan E. Cosby, 25, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. Reinholt attempted to turn from Main Street onto Lake Street in an area with no right turn lane. Cosby was also turning right, causing Reinholt to collide with the rear of his vehicle. Damages: up to $2,500

Monday, Nov. 11, 1:21 p.m. East Center Street. Driver: Robert B. Harkness, 65, Liberty Drive, Winona Lake. Harkness was driving through the Owen’s grocery store parking lot when a green, older Chrysler vehicle backed from a parking spot and struck his vehicle. The driver left the scene. Damages: up to $2,500
