Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Thursday, Nov. 8, 7:27 p.m. Officers responded to the 2500 block of CR 100 East at CR 300 North for a two vehicle personal injury accident. The accident was taken over by Indiana State Police and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
• Thursday, Nov. 8, 9:53 p.m. A damaged camera was found in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street.
• Thursday, Nov. 8, 11:47 a.m. Officers were called to the 900 block of East Garfield Street for a welfare check.
