Next week, thousands of volunteers will work at Nappanee Missionary Church to feed millions of starving children in the developing world. Through a partnership between the church and Feed My Starving Children, volunteers will prepare 2,200,000 life-saving meals at an FMSC MobilePack™ event from Tuesday through Saturday, Nov. 5-9.

This is the fourth consecutive year Nappanee Missionary Church will host an FMSC MobilePack™ event. In 2010 the church hosted an event to pack 300,000 meals. In 2011 it hosted an event to pack 1,200,000 meals. In 2012 Nappanee Missionary Church hosted a 2-million-meal event which produced more than 2.1 million meals.

The upcoming event requires the church to fill 8,000 volunteer positions to prepare the meals and many more volunteers to coordinate and manage the event.
