The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department has now completed their investigation into this accident that happened Monday morning near Leesburg.

According to police, Jamie J. Graham, 23, of Warsaw, was traveling northbound on CR 200 East when she disregarded the stop sign and collided with a westbound minivan, driven by Mary Bazeley, 63, of Ohio. Graham told police she could not remember what happened, but three witnesses to accident confirmed she failed to stop at the intersection. The accident happened at 8:30 a.m. at Armstrong Road.

Graham sustained a broken foot in the accident and underwent surgery. Bazeley complained of neck pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment.

Damages were estimated at up to $10,000.
