Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Sunday, Oct. 20, 8:14 p.m. Thomas Dugan reported the theft of his moped from his home on Levi Lee Road in Warsaw.
• Sunday, Oct. 20, 4:56 a.m. Rosemary Laughlin, 72, of Claypool, reported being scammed out of $20,000.
• Friday, Oct. 18, 9:42 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic battery report at Green Acres Mobile Home park in Warsaw.

Milford Police Department

Officers of the Milford Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Saturday, Oct. 19, 2:46 p.m. Report of sexual battery at the 500 block of Fourth Street in Milford.
• Friday, Oct. 18, 10:22 a.m. Officers responded to a violation of a protective order on Ulrich Drive.

• Friday, Oct 18, 9:00 p.m. Jennifer R. Wines reported the theft of her iPhone rom her home on Chicago Street.

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Sunday, Oct. 20, 8:24 p.m. Maria Ines Cervantes of Warsaw cited for operating a vehicle without a license during a traffic stop at 2100 block of Detroit Street.
• Sunday, Oct. 20, 7:01 p.m. Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct and intimidation at the 800 block of Carrington Blvd. in Warsaw.
• Sunday, Oct. 20, 8:47 a.m. Mary Benitez reported that the fence around her home in Warsaw was struck by a vehicle overnight.
• Saturday, Oct. 19, 2:18 p.m. Theft reported at the Subway on Detroit Street.
• Friday, Oct. 18, 9:40 p.m. Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering on Sandpoint Drive.
