At 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, employees of Chore-Time Brock took work place rivalries to the dodgeball arena in support of the annual United Way Corporate Dodgeball Tournament.

In past years, Bowen Center and United Way have held the Corporate Dodgeball Tournament in Warsaw at Lakeview Middle School. This year, though, after realizing a lack of interest by other companies to get involved in the fun of the challenge, CTB put together its own challenge and enlisted enough employees to put together seven teams.

The event, which was titled the “Ultimate Challenge” was paid for by CTB players who each paid their own fees as a direct contribution to the company’s annual United Way campaign. Members of the public were encouraged to come and spectate the event for a $2 entrance charge that also went to the UW campaign.
