Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Wednesday, Oct. 9, 6:45 a.m. East Center and North Hickory streets. Drivers: David W. Kilcoin, 52, Antwerp, Ohio; and Emily A. Mikel, 28, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Kilcoin was following Mikel on East Center Street and failed to stop in time, causing a rear-end collision. Damages: up to $5,000

Tuesday, Oct. 8, 5:05 p.m. 765 W. Market St. Driver: Clair R. Milleman, 72, West Lovetts Lane, Warsaw. Milleman was backing from a parking space and failed to see the parked vehicle behind him. Damages: up to $2,500

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accident:

Tuesday, Oct. 8, 4:27 p.m. East 1100 North and North 300 East, Milford. Drivers: Nathan S. Mikel, 37, West 850 North, Etna Green; and Jamilette Bumbaugh, 32, North Placidview Lane, Milford. Bumbaugh was southbound on 300 East when a combine, driven by Mikel, went left of center and struck her vehicle. Damages: up to $2,500

Tuesday, Oct. 8, 3:18 p.m. West U.S. 30 and North 750 West, Warsaw. Drivers: Kayla J. Mueller, 25, East 800 South, Columbia City; and Margaret M. Bean, 30, North Fourth Street, Pierceton. Both drivers were eastbound on U.S. 30. Mueller attempted to pull into the left lane and collided with Bean’s vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000
