St. Jude Benefit Raises $13,000

The Downtown and Five Star Distributing held its annual St. Jude Hospital auction on Sept. 20 and raised $13,474.40.
Special thanks go to the many sponsors of the event and Dennis Newcomer, who donated his time as auctioneer for the event and all staff involved from both The Downtown and Five Star.
Many gift certificates and items were donated from area businesses throughout the community.
St. Jude Hospital is a “free” not for profit hospital servicing children stricken with cancer and other life threatening diseases. If you would like to contribute to next years event please contact The Downtown for more information.
