Harold Agler, 89, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Sept. 26, 2013, at Doctors Hospital in Bremen, Ind.

He was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Van Wert, Ohio, to William and Konetta (Rush) Agler. On May 10, 1947, he married LaDonna Agler, who preceded him on Sept. 18, 2013.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and he retired from Johnson Controls.

He was also preceded in death by his son: Gary Lee Agler.

A memorial service to honor both his and LaDonna’s lives will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
