Grace College Announces New VP Of Advancement

Drew_FlammGrace College has recently hired a new Vice President of Advancement.

Andrew Flamm, Certified Fund Raising Executive, has over 8 years of leadership and fundraising experience, having worked and led in multiple areas of advancement including alumni relations, planned giving, annual fund, major gifts, donor research and capital campaigns.

Flamm received his bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and his Master of Arts in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. He was formerly the director of annual giving at Cedarville University, where he was integral in developing Cedarville’s Major Gifts program and executing multiple capital campaigns. Recently, he took on a new challenge at Manchester University, a $100 million comprehensive campaign.

“The position of Vice President of Advancement requires a unique blend of leadership and front-line fundraising,” said Grace President Bill Katip. “Flamm has a solid track record in both of these areas and I believe that Grace College and Seminary will benefit greatly from his knowledge and expertise.”

“This role at Grace College is truly a dream job for me,” said Flamm.  “I desire to use the gifts God has given me in leadership, communication and relationship building, along with my passion for higher-education fundraising, to serve others and spread the glory of Christ’s name.”

Flamm is a former board member and vice-chair for non-profit The Gathering of the Miami Valley, president of his Home Owners Association, and an Alumni Council board member. He also speaks for high school leadership conferences and is attending Christ’s Covenant Church in Winona Lake, Indiana. He now resides in Winona Lake.
